Meharban Karim - Director

For Meharban Karim, travel is a doorway to understand different cultures and civilizations. He developed his passion for travel while working with different research Groups and TV crews engaged in research and production of cultural and civilization.

He is working for Nihon University research group and also has experienced to coordinate documentaries, Japanese televisions news production crews in Pakistan. He traveled to Japan for cultural study as a member with Cultural Activities Group. He set up a Cultural Museum in Passu Hunza, where he in house the Wakhi, s traditional and unique tools used about 600 year ago. He is now leading the team of Explore Pakistan; he has vast knowledge and experience to deal the cultural group, visiting to know the Indus Valley civilization, Ghandara civilization, and other cultural pattern existing in Pakistan.

Karim is belonging to Hunza (Passu). Having his graduation from Karachi University and join tourism for about ten years. He can speak Japanese, English, Urdu and Wakhi language.

Akhtar Hussain – Travel Consultant
Akhtar’s love of travel began when he joined tourism as a Tour Guide. He visited almost every corner of the country and he also joined adventurous treks in the Karakarum, Hindukush, and Himalaya ranges. He has also experienced the Southern adventurous trips along the Indus River and Cholistani deserts. Now he is working with Explore Pakistan has travel consultant. He belong from Hunza (Passu), he can speak French, English, Urdu and Wakhi language. He has the abilities to plan best tours, treks and expedition in every corner of Pakistan and lead the group using his utmost experience.

Shah Wali – Manager Operation
Shah Wali, s ambition to explore and expose the tourism destinations and infrastructures convinced him to compiled all his research and experience in a form of guide book named “ Hospitality and Tourism Guide of Northern Area” ( Paksitan ). He traveled in different valleys of northern area, keen to promote the unknown destinations and study about the cultural pattern existing there. He has the ability and experienced to plan the best destination and recreational activities. Using his practical field work experience and dedication he can mobilize the team and manage the groups, in the hope of enabling each of our friends to achieve the dream of their own. Born in Hunza (Passu) he is young in his 27, graduated from Karachi University, experience to guide and coordinate different cultural and research groups. Now working with Explore Pakistan as Manager Operation. He can speak Japanese, English, Urdu, and local dialects of Northern Areas of Pakistan.

Amin Khan– Mountaineer / Mountain Guide
Born in the Northern part of Pakistan, the mountaineering and adventurous life of the world have always held a fascination for him. Some of his best travel memories include the summit of Mount Spantik in Baltistan and trekking along the Baltoro Glacier up to the base camp of K-2. He traveled almost every artery of Karakarum, Hindukush and Himalaya in Pakistan. He has got some basic technical training from the experts mountaineers. He is young and strong Mountain Guide belongs to Hunza (Passu). He can speak Spanish, Japanese, English, Urdu and Wakhi.

Shah Faisal – Tour Guide
Born in Hunza (Passu) he dreamed to explore all the valleys and he started to fulfill his passion in the age of 20. He explored almost all the frontiers of Northern part with his favourite Jeep. Driving on the KKH and on the rough track of remote valleys are an adventurous experience for every traveller but you will not only enjoy is skillful driving but also is company all along the journey. He has more then ten years experience and can speak Japanese, English, Urdu and his native dialect Wakhi.


Qayyum Jan Rana
Mr. Qayyum Jan Rana has vast experienced in Hospitality and Guest dealing field of Hotels and Tour Operators. He worked with different reputed Hotels in Islamabad and also dealing the foreign clients as a tour guide with different Tour Operators and now he is working freelancer tour guide with Explore Pakistan.
